Havana's smallest hotel, this elegant, moderately priced property is located in Havana's historical centre. Opened late 2000. Formerly a tavern for sailors, the property has five elegant and comfortable air-conditioned rooms all with private bath, satellite TV, minibar and safe on the upper level above the courtyard. The bar-restaurant is themed around a Spanish Bodega and is Havana's first genuine tapas bar with a menu listing such old favourites as papas bravas and some tropical inventions like cheese-stuffed plantain. Live music is provided nightly by flamenco-based musicians.
