COMPANY POLICY DEPOSITS....All deposits are nonrefundable: CONFIRMATION....payment arrangements can vary from one program to another. Most require full payment to be made within 5 days of confirmation of reservation. If your reservations are made more than 30 days in advance, Airfare and first night hotel is due upon confirmation, with balance to be paid 30 days prior to departure. (60-90 days for Christmas holidays) Flight reservations not cancelled before payment due date have penalty of U$50 per person. Hotel not paid or cancelled have two night penalty charge. PAYMENTS....In few cases a 15% deposit is due within 48 hours by cashiers check or money order. Your final payment must be paid to our office at least 45 days prior to departure. (60-90 days for holidays and special occasions in Cuba. This can be made with cashiers check, money order or credit card. If you are traveling via Cancun NO credit cards accepted. In other cases, the full payment is due within 48 hours. This depends upon services provided, Airfare payment is now required in full at time of confirmation. LIABILITY....we do not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damage or expenses from: 1. Personal injury or death; 2. Damage or loss of property; 3. Delay, inconvenience, increased charges or physical or mental conditions resulting from the trip. 4. We are merely a booking agent and cannot be responsible for any acts or omissions committed by any airline, hotel or tourist agency in Cuba, Mexico, Bahamas, Canada or any other country.

HOTEL IS NON REFUNDABLE, change of date may be possible CANCELLATION: Cancel must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Flights are a minimum of U$75 & first night hotel plus 20% penalty. From Cancun, full airfare is penalty and first night hotel, you have only 30 days to use the ticket from original date of departure. DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE FEES. Minimum U$75, depends how far in advance and departure city, could be full fare. FROM CANCUN: Every date change is U$100 per ticket on Cubana and possibly more for Mexicana flights. Once paid, you can only change up to 30 days. If you make a change less than 24 hours of confirmation sent to you, there is no charge. NO SHOW: $FULL PRICE OF TICKET AND/OR HOTEL + PENALTY Please be sure you have a voucher or confirmation letter for everything you have booked, flight, hotel and transfers etc....before landing in Cuba. We reserve the right at our discretion to change any part of the itinerary without notice and for any reason. The prices advertised here are subject to change according to any unforeseen price increases. We can not be held responsible for changes made by airlines. Everything offered as part of this is described in writing herein. No other representation, descriptions or promises are valid unless they are confirmed in writing. Company policies are subject to change. Your deposit or final payment is deemed acceptance of these conditions. Credit card information is to be considered the same as a deposit. Your credit card will be charged prior to auth form signature, to be sure it is valid. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, DATE CHANGE POSSIBLE IN SOME CASES. |
