All Cubans returning to Cuba
must be in the position of a CUBAN PASSPORT.
If this passport has been
issued in Cuba then it has to be "abilitado" (authorised) for returning to
Cuba at the Cuban consulate of the new country of residence and in the
United States it is the Section of Interests of Cuba in Washington DC. But
if the passport has been issue by any Cuban consulate that passport has
been issue with automatic authorised for returning to Cuba.
Also Cuban nationals can not
enter Cuba at any of the Keys airports.
They have to enter Cuba by
Havana, Varadero, Cienfuegos, Ciego de Avila, Camaguey, Holguin and
Santiago.
They can not enter by Cayo
Coco, Cayo Largo, Manzanillo, or any other airport where the Cuban
Intelligence Service has not the facilities for detecting individuals from
the Anti-Castro Miami Cartel.
